PeopleFlow began with a simple mission: to help HR managers of blue-collar workers save time with a system that makes HR management easier and more effective. Our journey started when Paul Kim, one of our co-founders, noticed a significant challenge while working in the agri sector. He saw that employers were overwhelmed with paperwork and compliance tasks, leaving them little time to focus on what truly matters—their people.

Recognising this need, Paul and a team of passionate technologists collaborated with partner farms to develop a solution tailored to industries with large workforces and high staff turnover. The result was PeopleFlow, a digital HR system designed to simplify complex HR tasks, reduce administrative burdens, and allow businesses to focus more on their employees' productivity and well-being.

However, our vision doesn’t stop at efficiency. By making HR management simpler and more affordable, we believe we can help businesses create more job opportunities, particularly for unskilled workers in South Africa. Our goal is to contribute to a brighter economic future for our country by enabling businesses to grow and thrive.
